Luka: Pij puno vode. Nemoj piti gazirana pića ili slatke sokove. Jedi puno voća i povrća. Važno je da jedeš i dovoljno proteina. Ne jedi pizzu i brzu hranu.
Ines: Ali to je tako ukusno. Mogu li malo?
Luka: Malo je u redu, ali nemoj puno. Znaš da i ja jedem to, ali pazi koliko jedeš.
James: A piješ li ti smoothie? To je isto zdravo.
Luka: Da, da. Svako jutro radim smoothie.

Kad se probudim prvo pijem kavu. Zatim se tuširam i tek onda doručkujem. Često za doručak jedem jaja ili sendvič sa salamom i sirom. Pijem sok od ananasa ili od jabuke. Ponekad pijem svježi sok od naranče. Kad imam pauzu na fakultetu, obično idem na kavu i pojedem neko pecivo. Za ručak jedem ili meso ili ribu. Najčešće pijem vodu. Rijetko jedem juhu. Popodne, kad imam vremena, odem na još jednu kavu i pojedem neki kolač. Za večeru obično jedem tjesteninu ili piletinu. Volim jesti i pizzu. Navečer, kad odmaram i gledam neki film volim jesti kokice ili nešto slano. Znam da jedem puno, ali srećom nemam problema s prehranom. No, moram reći da kad imam ispite i kad puno učim – strašno malo jedem. Nemam vremena.
