Food is never just food — it’s a daily routine, a mood, a quick decision, or sometimes a difficult choice. In today’s lesson, our friends navigate all of this: ordering sandwiches, choosing ingredients, and deciding what to eat when everything looks delicious.

Based on the information in the text, answer the following questions. For the last question, look back at the task about your eating habits and compare it with the text.

Svaki dan kada se probudimo, trebamo popiti čašu vode s limunom. Za doručak trebamo jesti pahuljice i piti mlijeka, jogurta i jesti jaja. Također, treba jesti i badema, oraha i voća. Za međuobrok trebamo često jesti jabuka, oraha ili/i badema. Za ručak trebamo jesti salate s maslinovim uljem. Moramo jesti povrća, npr. rajčicu, papriku, mrkvu, gljive. Također, za ručak trebamo jesti piletine, tune i graha. Za međuobrok trebamo pojesti malo crne čokolade, bananu i malo maslaca od kikirikija. Za večeru trebamo jesti puno proteina i povrća, npr. brokula i špinata sa smeđom rižom. Za desert možemo jesti malo čokolade s voćem, malo jabuke s medom i soka od naranče. I na kraju, svaki dan trebamo piti minimalno dvije litre vode.

Ponekad jedeš zdravo, a ponekad i ne baš tako zdravo. Piješ vode, ali možda ne svaki dan. Jedeš voće i povrće, ali ne baš redovito. Tvoje prehrambene navike su OK, ali možeš ih i malo poboljšati.
