Cjelina 3: Moja obitelj

🗣️ 3 | 2 | Lekcija 2: Podrijetlo

Američki ili hrvatski?

Our friend Laura is diving deep into Croatian, speaking it every chance she gets and fully immersing herself in the language. She always tries to speak Croatian when she’s on the phone, even though it’s often hard to process and understand a foreign language over the phone. But she’s sticking to it. Right now, she’s on the phone with Sandra, making plans for Mario’s upcoming dinner. Let’s explore what Laura and Sandra are planning.

❓ What would you bring if you were invited to a dinner party? Is there a special custom or tradition you follow when visiting someone’s home for a meal? Let’s explore how these customs work in both the US and Croatia. We’ll talk about similarities and differences between the two countries and maybe even discover new ways to show appreciation as a guest. Thinking about these traditions can help you feel more confident and comfortable in real-life situations.
