🎉 We made it to the end of Unit 1! Well done! You’ve come a long way already, and now it’s time for one final review before the test. The tasks below are just a recap, no surprises, no new content. You’ve seen it all before! If something feels a bit fuzzy, that’s totally okay. It just means you’ve found a spot to review a little more. And don’t stress, the test is really just another way to practice and see how far you’ve come. No one’s expecting perfection. You’re learning a new language, and you’re doing great! Davor: Dobar dan! Ja sam Davor. Ovo je moja prijateljica Jelena, ona je Crnogorka. Ona studira lingvistiku. Priča engleski, francuski, ruski i njemački. A ovo su moji prijatelji Ivan, njegova sestra Slavica i njihova prijateljica Marina. Ivan je policajac, a njegova sestra je ekonomistica. Slavica voli prirodu i glazbu, ona je vrijedna i dobra. Njezino omiljeno mjesto je Dvorana Vatroslav Lisinski. Adresa je Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb. Marina je jako zanimljiva, vrijedna i jako dobra. Njihova prijateljica Marina je Talijanka, njezin tata je Talijan, a njezina mama je Hrvatica. Ona voli kazalište i operu. Njezino omiljeno mjesto je Muzej Mimara. Adresa je Rooseveltov trg 5, Zagreb.

Want a little extra practice before the test? Try this optional task!

Imagine that you do not know your classmate at all. They just joined your class. You want to get to know each other better. Come up with a set of questions (at least 10) that you would like to ask your classmate about them, their friends and family. When you have your questions ready, meet with your classmate and develop a dialogue in which you will ask each other questions that you have prepared. Be sure to use the appropriate question form of the verb ‘biti’ as well. If you’d like to get feedback from your instructor, submit your video recording online.
