Perfective and imperfective verbs

You learned last year already about aspectual pairs (perfective vs imperfective verbs). For this lesson, the goal is to show you that these pairs can sometimes use different set of verb endings as they change their infinitive form. Look at the following examples from today’s lesson. It is important that you learn these structures.

The table below gives you only the first person singular (ja form). Use this information to understand what type of endings each verb uses.
