Kratki pregled
Šimun and Santiago are talking about the weekend plans. Šimun is describing the upcoming work that he needs to do and what that entails.

Transkripcija
| Šimun | Kakvi su ti planovi za vikend? |
|---|---|
| Santiago | Ne znam. Nisam još razmišljao o vikendu. Tek je utorak. Zašto? |
| Šimun | Mislio sam da, ako si slobodan, možda mi možeš pomoći brati masline. |
| Santiago | Ma naravno. Zašto to uopće pitaš? |
| Šimun | Eh, super! |
| Santiago | Ali je već sezona branja? |
| Šimun | Ma ja i kasnim… nisam imao vremena. Prvo smo brali grožđe. Sad su na redu masline. |
| Santiago | Bit će ulja i vina! |
| Šimun | Nadam se. Ako bog da. Sve u božje ruke. |
| Santiago | Hoće li ti još netko pomoći? |
| Šimun | Da, da… Dolazi mi sestra i njezin muž u petak ujutro.
| Šimun | A barem nešto… onda ću polako sam kroz tjedan. |
| Santiago | A da zovemo Marina? Znam da dolazi za vikend. To bi nam puno pomoglo. |
| Šimun | Nije ti ta luda. Nisam ga zvao zato što znam da je zauzet ovih dana i vikend je jedino vrijeme kad može vidjeti roditelje. Zato ga nisam htio gnjaviti. |
| Santiago | Ma šta ti je. Znaš da je on tu za tebe. Siguran sam da će doći, a onda ćemo ti i ja nastaviti i sljedeći tjedan. Možeš slobodno računati na mene. Pomoći ću ti koliko god da treba. Ne vodi brigu. |
