iCn3D Molecular Modeling Program

iCn3D is a web-based molecular modeling program and requires no download. The version updates automatically, and can be viewed from the dropdown “Help” menu. The version used to create these tutorials was 3.44.0. If you are using a different version, there may be slight changes in the interface, commands, and mouse behaviors

About

“I See in 3D” (iCn3D) Structure Viewer is an interactive web-based 3D viewer and a structure analysis tool. iCn3D synchronizes the display of 3D structure, 2D interaction, and 1D sequences and annotations. It is supported by the National Center for Biotechnology Information of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), the National Institutes of Health.
