8. ChimeraX: Program Version, Download, & Additional Resources

ChimeraX is a downloadable software program that allows users to visualize and manipulate 3D molecular structures. Download ChimeraX here. Version 1.10 was used to create these tutorials. If you are using a different version, there may be slight changes in the interface, commands, and mouse behaviors. It is recommended to use the build before the ‘candidate’ build to avoid potential bugs with less tested versions.
