Create your own show and tell! Consider creating a presentation you can keep as part of a Russian language portfolio about YOU!
1. Look around your room, dorm, apartment, etc and try to name 5 – 10 things in this space in Russian, using the correct form of the word ‘мой’ in Russian. Use POSSESSIVE PRONOUNS.
Например:
- Э́то мой стол.
‘This is my table.’ - Э́то моя́ ру́чка.
‘This is my pen.’
2. Then, find images of 5 people (family, friends, strangers, acquaintances, … whoever). These can be the actual people you know or not pictures. It can be AI or drawings you create! The important thing is to USE POSSESSIVE PRONOUNS in their correct form! Например:
- Э́то моя́ ма́ма.
‘This is my mom.’ - Э́то мой сын.
‘This is my son.’
NOTE 1: USE YOUR VOCAB for this! Don’t go look up other words. You have enough to learn as it is!
NOTE 2: SAY EVERYTHING IN RUSSIAN!
