- how to ask and answer simple questions: Что? Кто? Где? Чей?;
- how to ask others how they’re doing and give your own response;
- how to say no and not;
- how to say something belongs to you or someone else;
- how to make a noun plural;
- how to transcribe your own name using the Cyrillic alphabet.
